ECB Ladies Back From Their Tour

ECB ladies had recently traveled to Rotherham’s Virtual Ice Arena for their first Inline Hockey Tournament ‘The Queen of the Court.’

Against all the odds of cancelled flights, minibuses and being redirected to the wrong Airport they still managed to get there.

Two ladies teams were sent accross, the experienced East Coast Blaze team and the West Coast Coolers 2nd team. Some of which have only been playing for a few weeks.
Both teams were up for the challenge.

Sixteen ladies teams took part with team names the likes of Desperate Housewives, Chicks with Sticks, Babes on Blades and Drama Queens it was a hard fought competition throughout the May day Tournament.

The East Coast Blaze Team achieved 4 wins from their games, and the less experienced West Coast Coolers achieved 1 win and 1 draw from their games.
Both teams trained by ‘Coach Corey,’ Player and coach of the Seniors and junior teams.
Well done to all the Ladies.
A great time had by all.
